Each shipment contains:
the ordered product(s);
any accompanying documentation required based on the destination country;
any informational and marketing materials;
any promotional gifts.
Delivery of products purchased through the Seller’s Website can occur in different ways.
Home delivery to the Customer
The purchased products will be delivered by the courier selected by the Seller to the shipping address provided by the Customer in the Order, with insured shipping. Please refer to the 24h Shipping section for additional information on costs, timing, shipping methods, and served countries.
Upon receipt of the goods at your home, please check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In case of any irregularities, you must have the courier note them precisely and refuse the delivery, after mandatory communication to DOT manifattura S.r.l., which can be done by contacting customer service via email at info@manojewels.it.
Within Italy, we ship via express courier with delivery guaranteed within 24 to 72 hours, requiring a signature upon delivery. For international shipments, we use express courier services, and delivery times vary depending on the country. When the Order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code of the shipment, which is a tracking number linked to the courier’s website and the shipment status. This tracking code allows you to monitor the shipment progress and the expected delivery date. Orders for items immediately available, paid by credit card or PayPal and placed before 4 PM, are shipped the same evening or within 24 hours if the item is in one of our stores. For orders including pre-ordered items, the delivery date will be indicated at the time of Order confirmation.
