GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE


The offer and sale of products on the website www.manojewels.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For any other legal information, please refer to the following sections: General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Right of Withdrawal. Before placing a purchase order, the Customer is required to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. Submitting a purchase order implies full knowledge and explicit acceptance of both the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contents of the Order Form. Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Customer is required to print and retain a copy of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale along with the corresponding Order Form, which have already been reviewed and accepted.

PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products made online via the e-commerce service available on the website www.manojewels.it. Given the wide range of products offered, the key features and prices of each item (including any additional costs) are clearly stated directly on the website. Products sold on the Site may be purchased and delivered only in the countries specified in the Order Form. Any orders with delivery addresses outside these countries will be automatically rejected during the order processing procedure.

PARTIES

The products are sold directly by DOT manifattura S.r.l. (VAT no. 03105310134), represented by its legal representative Mr. Damiano Vescovo, with registered office at Circonvallazione Ovest, Zona CO.IN.OR., Lot 2/A, No. 40, Valenza (AL), 15048 Italy, with a share capital of €10,000.00 fully paid-in (hereinafter referred to as “DOT manifattura” or the “Seller”). DOT manifattura S.r.l. operates in the retail and wholesale trade of jewelry, goldsmith items, fashion jewelry, watches, silverware, and other related or similar products. It offers all users the opportunity to purchase products under various trademarks (hereinafter “Products”) and access a range of services, including delivery services, through the website www.manojewels.it (the “Site”), of which DOT manifattura S.r.l. is the sole and exclusive owner.

    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ON WWW.MANOJEWELS.IT

    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("General Terms and Conditions of Sale") are governed by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended) and the legislation on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, as amended). They apply exclusively to the distance sale via the web of the Products shown on the website www.manojewels.it, next to which the “Buy Online” button appears, and to the Services as defined in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and in the other sections of the Website. If any changes are made to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the version published on the Website at the time the Customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) submits the purchase order (as specified in Articles 3 and 4 below, hereinafter the “Order”) will apply.

    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offering, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.manojewels.it. They do not, however, govern the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties other than the Seller, even if such third parties are present on www.manojewels.it through links, banners, or other hyperlinks. Before placing orders and purchasing products or services from third parties, we recommend that you carefully check their terms and conditions, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by any parties other than the Seller.

    Products are sold to Customers identified by the data entered when completing and submitting the Order Form in electronic format, along with the simultaneous acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    The product offerings on www.manojewels.it are intended for customers who are of legal age. If you are under 18 years of age, you must first obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making any purchases on www.manojewels.it.

    A reminder: this applies not only to our website but to all websites you visit online. If you ever see or are asked for information online that you don’t understand, always ask a parent for help. By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are of legal age (18 years or older) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

    Customers are strictly prohibited from entering false, incomplete, or fictitious information during the online order process or in any related communication. The Seller reserves the right to take legal action against any violation or misuse, in the interest and protection of all consumers.

    By accepting these Terms of Sale, you also release the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to inaccuracies in the data you provided when placing your online Order. You, as the Customer, are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted.

    Furthermore, by accepting these Terms of Sale, you release the Seller from any liability related to errors or delays in accessing the Website during the order process, as well as from any delays or failures in receiving the Order confirmation due to internet issues or any other unforeseeable events beyond the control of DOT manifattura S.r.l.

    Lastly, by accepting these Terms of Sale, you release the Seller from any responsibility for the failure or malfunction of the email address provided by the Customer for receiving the Order confirmation.


    PUBLIC OFFER AND SALES CONTRACT THROUGH E-COMMERCE SERVICE

    The Products and Services, along with their Prices as displayed on the Website, constitute a public offer in accordance with the terms outlined in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and on the Website itself. The conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the website www.manojewels.it. Sales contracts concluded on the Website relating to the Products and Services (hereinafter the “Sales Contract” or simply the “Contract”) are entered into with DOT manifattura S.r.l.

    An online Sales Contract refers to a distance contract for the purchase of movable goods (hereinafter the “Products”) entered into between you, as the Customer, and DOT manifattura S.r.l., as the Seller, within the framework of an e-commerce service organized by the Seller, which uses Internet technology for remote communication.

    To conclude the Contract for one or more Products, you must complete the Order form in electronic format (hereinafter also referred to as the “Order”) and submit it to the Seller via the Internet following the relevant instructions.

    The Order includes:

    • a reference to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale;

    • information and images of each Product and the relevant price;

    • the payment methods available to you;

    • the delivery methods for the purchased Products, including estimated delivery times and associated shipping costs;

    • a reference to the conditions for exercising your Right of Withdrawal;

    • the procedures and timing for returning purchased Products.

    Although DOT manifattura S.r.l. takes every possible measure to ensure that the photographs displayed on the Website are accurate reproductions of the original Products — including the use of all available technological solutions to minimize discrepancies — slight variations may still occur due to the technical characteristics and color resolution settings of the device you are using. Therefore, the Seller shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the visual representation of the Products shown on the Website when such discrepancies are due to the aforementioned technical factors, as these representations are intended for illustrative purposes only.


    ORDER FULFILLMENT AND CONTRACT FINALIZATION

    By submitting an Order through the Website, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your relationship with the Seller.

    Once the Order has been sent, the Seller will process it and will send you, via email, an Order Confirmation (hereinafter “Order Confirmation”) to the email address you provided. This confirmation summarizes the selected Products and Services, their Prices (including delivery charges and any additional fees related to Services requested by the Customer), the delivery address, the Order number (hereinafter “Order Number”), the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and any specific Terms applicable to the individual Order as requested by the Customer.

    DOT manifattura S.r.l. reminds the Customer to carefully review the details contained in the Order Confirmation and to promptly report any errors within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the confirmation. The Order Number, generated by the system and communicated by DOT manifattura S.r.l., must be referenced in all correspondence with the company. Product availability may occasionally vary; if the Products chosen by the Customer are partially or entirely unavailable, DOT manifattura S.r.l. will inform the Customer accordingly.

    Before sending the Order Confirmation, the Seller may contact you via email or telephone (as provided) to request additional information regarding your submitted Order.

    The Seller reserves the right not to process purchase orders that do not offer sufficient guarantees of solvency, that are incomplete or incorrect, or in case of product unavailability. In such cases, you will be informed via email that the Contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not proceeded with your Order, with the reasons clearly stated. Any amount previously authorized on your chosen payment method will be released.

    If the products shown on the Website are no longer available or on sale after you have submitted your Order, the Seller will inform you promptly, and in any case within thirty (30) business days from the day following your Order submission, about the unavailability of the ordered Products. In such cases, any pre-authorized amount on your payment method will be released.

    Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may concern one or more Products, with no quantity limit per item.

    Before concluding the Contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the information regarding your Right of Withdrawal and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data.

    The Contract is deemed concluded when the Seller, after receiving your Order Form and verifying its accuracy, sends you a shipping confirmation for the product to the email address you provided.

    The Seller commits to delivering the ordered products to the Customer no later than 30 days from the date the Contract is concluded.

    The language available for finalizing the Contract with the Seller is Italian, and the applicable law is Italian law.

    DOT manifattura S.r.l. reserves the right to reject orders from customers involved in ongoing legal disputes regarding previous orders. This also applies in all cases where DOT manifattura S.r.l. deems the customer unsuitable — for example, due to previous violations of online purchase contract terms or for any other legitimate reason, particularly if the customer has been involved in any kind of fraudulent activity.


    SALES PRICES

    Unless otherwise stated in writing, all Product prices and shipping and delivery charges indicated on the Website and in the Order are inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros. The prices shown are valid exclusively as displayed on the Website at the time the Order is submitted online. Product prices, offers, and shipping and delivery costs may change over time. If you submit your Order after some time has passed since your last visit to the Website, please check that the prices have not changed and confirm the final sale price before completing your Order.

    All Products are shipped directly from Italy. Unless otherwise specified, the Product prices and shipping and delivery charges indicated on the Website and in the Order do not include any additional costs related to customs duties and taxes, which cannot be calculated in advance, in the event of shipments outside the EU or to countries where import fees apply under local laws. In such cases, the existence of these additional charges will be clearly indicated during the Order placement and review process.

    These additional costs are therefore the Customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products, as specified in the Order Confirmation.

    In the event of non-collection of the delivery, the seller will refund the cost of the product only, excluding shipping costs, any customs clearance charges (both outgoing and incoming), and the cost of returning the product to the seller.

    All Product prices listed on the Website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges (hereinafter referred to as “Delivery Charges”) and any costs related to Additional Services provided by DOT manifattura S.r.l., as indicated in the following articles of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, shall be borne by the Customer and are clearly detailed in the Purchase Order. Products and Services are subject to the Price shown on the Website at the time the Order is submitted, except where promotions or price changes have been applied and stated on the Website.


    ORDER

    The Purchase Order must be placed online through the order process available on the Website (hereinafter the “Order Procedure”), by clicking on the desired product which will be added to the Shopping Cart. To proceed with completing the Purchase Order, the Customer may choose from the following options:

    If the Customer is already registered on the Website via the dedicated section, simply log in by entering their access credentials (username and password) in the “Login” section.

    If the Customer is not a registered user, they can simply fill in the required fields in the form provided, which are necessary to complete the Purchase. DOT manifattura S.r.l. reminds that before proceeding with a Purchase, the Customer can become a registered user at any time by signing up through the “Register” page (to become a Website User).

    The Order Procedure is correctly completed if the Website does not display any error messages (the system cannot detect errors related to the data entered by the Customer in the billing and shipping address fields).

    In the “Your Orders” section, you can check the status of your Order, which can no longer be modified once it is marked as “processing,” “ready,” “shipped,” or “closed.”

    If the Order has not yet been shipped, it is only possible to modify the shipping address by contacting customer service via email at info@manojewels.it. It is advisable to follow up the email request with a phone call. If delivery is unsuccessful, the Customer must promptly contact DOT manifattura S.r.l.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    To pay for the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you may choose one of the payment methods listed on the order form at www.manojewels.it, as summarized below.

    Credit and Prepaid Cards

    Customers may pay using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar credit or debit cards through the online payment system, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (payment in cash to the courier). DOT manifattura S.r.l. uses the highest commercially available security measures in the industry. Payment processing takes place on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol.

    For online orders placed through our Website, we accept credit card payments with no additional fees on the product or shipping costs. The cardholder must own a valid credit card at the time of ordering, and the name on the card must match the billing information provided. If these conditions are not met, the order cannot be processed.

    Upon confirming the order online, the relevant bank will place a hold on the amount due, which will be charged immediately once the payment is submitted through the online platform.

    At no point during the purchasing process does DOT manifattura S.r.l. have access to your credit card details (such as the card number or expiry date), which are transmitted via an encrypted connection directly to the payment service provider (bank or PayPal). No digital archive of the Seller retains such information.

    PayPal

    If you have a PayPal account, DOT manifattura S.r.l. allows you to pay securely using your registered email and password at www.paypal.com.

    Cash on delivery

    You can pay for your order in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. If you choose cash on delivery, we recommend having the exact amount ready in banknotes and coins. DOT manifattura S.r.l. cannot guarantee that couriers will have change available. Couriers are not allowed to request tips or any additional charges beyond the total order amount.

    Bank transfer

    You can also pay for your order quickly and securely using your online banking via the designated payment platform. The amount will be debited directly from your account, and the shipment will take place once the funds are received.

    Payment must be made at the time the order is placed. DOT manifattura S.r.l. reserves the right to automatically cancel the order if payment is not received within 7 (seven) days.

    You can find your payment receipt, or an invoice if you are a VAT-registered entity, in the "Your Orders" section of the Website.


    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHODS

    Each shipment includes:

    • the product(s) ordered;

    • any accompanying documentation required based on the destination country;

    • any informational or marketing materials;

    • any promotional items or gifts.

    Products purchased through the Seller’s website can be delivered using different methods.

    Home Delivery

    The purchased products will be delivered by the courier appointed by the Seller to the shipping address provided by the Customer in the Order, with insured shipping. For more details on costs, delivery times, shipping methods, and countries served, please refer to the 24h Shipping section.

    Upon receiving the goods at your address, we ask that you check the condition of the package at the time of delivery. In case of any irregularities, you must report them to the courier, ensure they are recorded properly, and refuse the delivery. You must also notify DOT manifattura S.r.l. immediately by contacting customer service at info@manojewels.it.

    In Italy, we ship via insured express courier with delivery in 24 to 72 hours and signature upon delivery. For international orders, we use express couriers, and delivery times vary by country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to the courier’s website to track the status of the shipment.

    The tracking code allows you to monitor the shipment and see the estimated delivery date. Orders containing items that are immediately available and paid by credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery by 4:00 PM are shipped the same evening or within 24 hours if the item is in one of our stores. For orders that include pre-order items, the expected shipping date will be provided at the time of order confirmation.


    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, they are entitled to the rights set out in Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014, including the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement (hereinafter the "Right of Withdrawal") for any reason, without providing any explanation and without incurring any penalty, by notifying the Seller within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the goods.

    However, as a commercial choice and to better meet customer needs, DOT manifattura S.r.l. grants a withdrawal period of thirty (30) days from the date on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the goods.

    Please note that, as required by current regulations, the Right of Withdrawal is excluded and cannot be exercised if the products you purchased have been customized (even with simple engravings) or made to measure at your explicit request when placing the Order.

    Withdrawal may apply to all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the products purchased by the Consumer from DOT manifattura S.r.l.

    To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the customer must notify DOT manifattura S.r.l. by means of an explicit statement, by filling out the Withdrawal Form and sending it via the contact methods provided, or by visiting www.manojewels.it and accessing the “Easy Return” section under "EASY EXCHANGE & RETURN" and following the instructions in the section “HOW TO RETURN (ITALY ONLY)”.

    By accessing the “NEED INFO?” section under "EASY EXCHANGE & RETURN" and following the instructions in the “HOW TO RETURN (ITALY ONLY)” section within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the product, you can notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract, specifying which products will be returned.

    Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal:

     

  • Returned products must be complete; parts or components of them cannot be returned separately, even in the case of kits;

  • Returned products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (i.e., the individual product packaging);

  • Products must be returned in a single shipment;

  • If the returned product(s) contributed to reaching the minimum order threshold for receiving a free gift, that gift must also be returned along with the product(s).

    Withdrawal form

    In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within 30 days from the date they informed DOT manifattura S.r.l. of their decision to withdraw, in accordance with Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

    Returns can be requested via the DOT manifattura S.r.l. website within 30 days of receiving the items.

    After logging into the website with your credentials, go to www.manojewels.it, access the “Easy Return” section under "EASY EXCHANGE & RETURN" and follow the instructions in the section “HOW TO RETURN (ITALY ONLY)”. Select the relevant order and request the return. You can then select the product(s) to be returned. You may choose either a refund or store credit: choose a refund if you want to receive the amount spent back; choose store credit if you wish to exchange the item. Store credit can be used immediately to place a new order on the website. The new order will be shipped by DOT manifattura S.r.l. only after receiving the returned items.

    It is important that you contact customer service via email at info@manojewels.it to schedule the courier pickup, specifying the preferred day and time slot (morning or afternoon).

    Please place the items to be returned inside a well-sealed and protected box or envelope. The courier will already have the shipping label with our address and the customer's order reference, so there is no need to write anything on the package.

    The merchandise must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and complete in all its parts (including packaging, any accessories such as manuals, cables, etc., and any fiscal documentation). Subject to verification of the above conditions, DOT manifattura S.r.l. will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum of 30 days, including any shipping costs.

    In accordance with current regulations, DOT manifattura S.r.l. may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or, at its sole discretion, until the customer has provided proof of having returned the goods.

    According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code ("Exceptions to the right of withdrawal"), for distance or off-premises contracts, the right of withdrawal is excluded for "the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized".

    Refund methods

    If you have exercised your Right of Withdrawal in accordance with the above conditions, the Seller will refund the sums paid within 30 days from your decision to withdraw, provided that the product has been returned and verified by DOT manifattura S.r.l. within that time frame.

    The Seller will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly request a different method and the Seller agrees to it. If the order was paid via PayPal, the refund will be made to the same PayPal account or card used. If paid by credit card, the refund will go to the same card (no other card can be used). If paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer. In this case, contact customer service at info@manojewels.it to provide your IBAN. Returns are processed by customer service within about one working week. The actual refund times depend on the banks, which typically take 2–3 business days.

    In the case of a standard return, the only cost borne by the customer is the original shipping cost of the order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard one, the additional cost will not be refunded. All other expenses will be refunded by the Seller, including the return shipping costs (except those arising from choosing a more expensive shipping method).

    The only case in which the customer is entitled to a full refund (product price, shipping costs, and return shipping costs) is when the returned product is defective, does not match the order, was damaged during shipping, or was shipped in error by the Seller. In such cases, DOT manifattura S.r.l. will cover the return shipping costs. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the items. If possible, place the item(s) to be returned in the original shipping box. Otherwise, ensure the package is well-protected. The courier will bring a pre-printed return label with our details and your order reference.

    Product Exchanges and Store Credit

    If you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the above conditions, you may choose to request a refund or, alternatively, opt to receive a Store Credit of the same value as the amount you paid. This can be done through the return process by simply clicking on the option to confirm your choice. Please note that the Store Credit must be used within twelve months from the date of issue. After this period, it will no longer be valid and no refund will be possible.

    LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

    All Products sold on the Website are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for in Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legal Warranty).

    More specifically, the warranty terms for products sold by DOT manifattura S.r.l. vary depending on whether the buyer is a “consumer” or a “professional” under Directive 1999/44/EC on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees.

    If you are purchasing as a “consumer,” you are entitled by law to the Legal Warranty of Conformity on all goods sold (“Legal Warranty”).

    The Legal Warranty – provided by DOT manifattura S.r.l. as the seller – protects you in case the product is not in conformity with the sales contract.

    WHO IS COVERED

    The Legal Warranty is reserved for consumers only. It therefore applies exclusively to users who have made a purchase on the Website for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity. Purchasers who do not qualify as consumers will instead be covered by the warranties for defects in the sold goods, warranty for lack of promised or essential qualities, and any other warranties provided under the Italian Civil Code, including applicable terms, deadlines, and limitations.

    WHEN IT APPLIES

    The seller (in this case, for purchases made on www.manojewels.it) is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery. The defect must be reported to the seller within two months from the date it is discovered; failure to do so will void the warranty.

    The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

    • The defect must appear within 24 months from the delivery date;

    • The Customer must file a formal complaint regarding the defect within no more than 2 months from the date the defect was detected, unless this conflicts with overriding mandatory rules in the Customer’s country of habitual residence;

    • Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that appears within six months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the defect. From the seventh month onward, it is the consumer’s responsibility to prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery.

    To make use of the Legal Warranty, you must provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the product. Therefore, it is important that you keep your purchase invoice or any other document that can confirm the purchase date (e.g., credit card statement) and the delivery date.

    WHAT CONSTITUTES A LACK OF CONFORMITY

    A product is considered to have a lack of conformity if:

    • it is not suitable for the usual purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used;

    • it does not match the description provided by the seller or lacks the qualities of the sample or model shown to the consumer;

    • it does not have the usual qualities and performance expected of goods of the same type, taking into account also any statements made in advertising or on the labeling;

    • it is not fit for the specific purpose intended by the consumer, which was made known to the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller.

    Therefore, the Legal Warranty does not cover any faults, malfunctions, or defects resulting from accidental events, misuse, or failure to follow the intended use or the technical documentation provided (if any) or the user instructions. Regarding watches, accessories such as the strap, case, and glass are generally not covered by the warranty.

    Please also note that, although DOT manifattura S.r.l. takes every measure to ensure that the product images shown on the Website are accurate reproductions of the actual products – including the use of the best available technical solutions to minimize inaccuracies – some variations may still occur due to technical and color resolution characteristics of your computer. As a result, the Seller is not liable for any inaccuracy in the product images shown on the Website when due to such technical limitations, since these images are for illustrative purposes only.

    WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS A LACK OF CONFORMITY

    If a lack of conformity is reported within the applicable time limits, you are entitled to:

    • Primarily, have the product repaired or replaced free of charge, at your choice, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or disproportionate compared to the alternative. In that case—given the type of sale—replacement will be provided, if possible, based on availability of the item;

    • Secondarily (i.e., if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, or if not carried out within a reasonable time, or if the previous repair or replacement caused significant inconvenience to the consumer), you are entitled to a price reduction or contract termination, at your choice.

    A remedy is considered disproportionate if it would impose unreasonable costs on the seller compared to alternative remedies, taking into account:
    (i) the value the item would have had if there were no conformity defect;
    (ii) the extent of the defect;
    (iii) whether the alternative remedy could be provided without significant inconvenience to the consumer.

    REFUND OR PRICE REDUCTION UNDER THE LEGAL WARRANTY

    If the contract is terminated, DOT manifattura S.r.l. will refund the full amount paid. In the case of a price reduction, DOT manifattura S.r.l. will refund the agreed amount of the reduction.

    The refund or reduction amount will be communicated by email and credited to the payment method used for the original purchase.

    In particular, in the event of non-conformity, a Customer who purchased as a Consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the products free of charge—either by repair or replacement—or to receive an appropriate price reduction, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund for the non-conforming goods.

    Products with clear manufacturing defects may be exchanged or refunded within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Beyond this period, if the product falls within the specifications of authorized service centers (which vary by brand), it may be repaired under warranty. Repair times under warranty depend on the brand and typically range from 45 to 60 working days.

    The Customer acknowledges, accepts and agrees that all communications, notifications, confirmations, information, statements and any documentation relating to the purchase of Products will be sent to the email address provided during registration, with the possibility of downloading the information to a durable medium, in the manner and within the limits provided on the Website.

    APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

    SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

    Should any current or future provision of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or the Contract be or become wholly or partially null and/or ineffective, or should there be a gap in the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or the Contract, the remaining provisions shall in any case remain valid and enforceable. It is understood that DOT manifattura S.r.l. and the Customer shall undertake to negotiate in good faith to supplement any gap or replace the null and/or ineffective clause with a valid one that, to the extent possible, achieves the same legal and economic result intended by the invalid or ineffective provision.
