Easy Returns
Making a return or exchanging the product you purchased is simple.
Follow these steps:
1 - Send an email to info@manojewels.it specifying your order number
2 - Print the label to attach to the package: the courier will come to collect the package, which you will have taken care to repackage
For returns made from abroad, shipping costs and any customs charges will be borne by the customer.
You may exercise your Right of Withdrawal through an explicit statement following the instructions, within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the Product.
