To pay for the price of the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the Order form on the website www.manojewels.it, summarized below.

Credit cards and prepaid cards

The customer can make payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron credit or debit card and/or other similar cards through the online credit card payment system, PayPal, or in BNPL mode with Klarna. DOT manifattura S.r.l. employs the highest security measures commercially available in the sector. Furthermore, the payment procedure takes place on a secure server that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

For online orders on our Site we accept credit card payments with no additional charge on the cost of the product and shipping. It is understood that the Customer must hold a valid credit card at the time of the Order for the Products purchased online and that the name shown on the credit card must be the same as indicated in the billing details. Without these requirements, it will not be possible to proceed with the Order.

At the time of the online purchase, together with the Order Confirmation, the relevant banking institution will only place a hold on the amount related to the Order from the available balance on your credit card. The amount will be immediately charged at the time the payment is sent through the online platform.

At no point in the purchase process is DOT manifattura S.r.l. able to know information relating to your credit card (for example, the credit card number or its expiration date), transmitted via a connection protected by encrypted protocol directly to the site of the party managing the electronic payment (banking institution or PayPal). No digital archive of the Seller will store such data.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, DOT manifattura S.r.l. gives you the option to make payments using directly the email and password you registered with on www.paypal.com.

Bank transfer

You can pay for your Order quickly and securely using your home banking through the payment platform. The amount will be charged directly to your bank account, and shipping will take place after the credit is received.

Payment for the Order must be made at the time it is submitted to DOT manifattura S.r.l., with the possibility that it will be automatically canceled by the seller if the credit is not made within and no later than the following 7 (seven) days.
