Shipping policy

Each shipment contains:

• the product(s) ordered;

• any accompanying documentation required based on the destination country;

• any informational and marketing materials;

• any promotional items.

The delivery of Products purchased through the Seller’s Website may be carried out using different methods.

Delivery to the Customer’s Address

The products purchased will be delivered by the courier selected by the Seller to the shipping address provided by the Customer in the Order, with insured shipping. Please refer to the 24h Shipping section for additional information on costs, delivery times, shipping methods, and countries served.

Upon receiving the goods at your address, please check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In case of any anomalies, you must have the courier note and record them accurately and refuse the delivery, after mandatory notification to DOT manifattura S.r.l., which can also be done by contacting customer service via email at info@manojewels.it.

In Italy, shipments are made via express courier within 24 to 72 hours, with insured delivery and signature upon receipt. For international shipments, express courier is used, and delivery times vary depending on the country. When the Order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code, i.e., the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website showing the shipment status. This tracking code allows you to monitor the shipment progress and the estimated delivery date. Orders containing immediately available items, paid by credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery, and placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same evening or within 24 hours if the item is available in one of our stores. For orders including pre-order items, the delivery date is indicated at the time of Order confirmation.
